On Wednesday, July 29th, Starlite Occident will welcome Beret, one of the most sensitive and iconic voices in contemporary Spanish-language music.
Francisco Javier Álvarez Beret, a singer-songwriter from Seville, has built a solid career marked by his authenticity and his ability to connect with audiences through lyrics brimming with emotion and intimacy. His breakthrough came with “Lo siento,” an international phenomenon with multiple Platinum certifications and awarded Best Song of the Year at the 2019 Los 40 Music Awards. Since then, he has racked up hits such as “Me llama,” “Te echo de menos,” “Sueño” featuring Pablo Alborán, and “Desde Cero” with Melendi.
With two highly impactful albums, Prisma and Resiliencia—both certified and with millions of streams—Beret has established himself as one of the most influential artists of his generation. In 2025, he will release Lo Bello y lo Roto, a new album that delves into the vulnerability and beauty of imperfection.
